What Your Score Unlocks
Your diagnostic result maps directly to one of three coaching pathways. Each is built for a different starting point — no one-size-fits-all.
🟢 Score 0–3: Foundation Pathway
Rebuild habits gently. We focus on daily movement, sleep hygiene, hydration, and confidence in basic exercises. Sessions are 30 minutes, twice weekly, with full guidance on nutrition fundamentals.
🟡 Score 4–6: Momentum Pathway
You have a base — now we build on it. Structured strength training, progressive cardiovascular challenges, and meal planning support. Three sessions weekly, each 45 minutes, with fortnightly check-ins.
🔴 Score 7–10: Mastery Pathway
High-intensity periodised training, performance nutrition, competition prep or advanced body recomposition. Four to five sessions weekly with detailed tracking and monthly programme adjustments.

Common Questions
Do I need gym access to start?
No. The Foundation pathway can be done entirely at home or outdoors. Gym integration happens gradually if and when you're ready.
Can I switch pathways mid-programme?
Absolutely. We re-assess at regular intervals. If your score improves faster than expected, we'll move you up. If life gets hectic, we can scale back without guilt.
Is this in-person or online?
Both. In-person sessions are available in the St. Kovacek area of Northern Ireland. Online coaching is available UK-wide with video check-ins.
What if I score 0?
Then you're exactly who we built the Foundation pathway for. A score of 0 isn't failure — it's the most honest starting point possible, and it means every single point of progress will be visible and motivating.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients report noticeable energy and sleep improvements within 2 weeks. Visible physical changes typically emerge between weeks 6 and 10, depending on consistency and starting point.
